Close to Ninety Air Travels Associated to Epstein Allegedly Arrived at or Departed from UK Airports

Analysis has uncovered that close to 90 aircraft journeys connected to Jeffrey Epstein are said to have arrived at and departed from British airfields, with some allegedly transporting women from the UK who claim they were exploited by the found guilty child sex offender.

Aviation Records Show Trail of Movement

The flight logs were part of a trove of court documents and papers made public by Epstein’s estate that have been made public over the previous twelve months. The analysis uncovered 87 aircraft movements linked to Epstein – encompassing many that were hitherto undisclosed – coming into or leaving from UK airports between the early 1990s and 2018.

Onboard Individuals and After Guilty Verdict Travel

Unnamed female passengers were documented among the individuals travelling into and out of the UK. Crucially, 15 of these flights involving the UK occurred after Epstein’s 2008 conviction for soliciting sex from a child.

“It was ‘astonishing’ that there had never been a ‘thorough probe in the UK’ into his activities in the country,” said American attorneys representing hundreds of Epstein victims.

UK Survivors and Court Cases

Testimony from one of the UK-based survivors aided the conviction of Epstein’s associate socialite Ghislaine Maxwell of child sex-trafficking in the US in 2021. Yet, that individual has not been approached by police in the UK, as stated by her attorney based in Florida.

In a statement, the London's Metropolitan Police said they had “not been provided with any further evidence that would support reopening the investigation.” They added, “Should new and relevant information be presented to us, including any arising from the release of documents in the US, we will review it.”

Ongoing Document Release and Judicial Decisions

Proposed legislation to release every document held by the US government in relation to Epstein passed the House and Senate last month. The Department of Justice has until 19 December to follow through. A vast number of files are projected to be made public.

Additionally, a federal judge ordered last week that the department could publicly release case files from a trafficking prosecution against Maxwell, Epstein’s close friend, who is serving a 20-year jail term over the allegations.
